‘The Art of Time Travel’ shortlisted for a BSFA award!

Right, so it’s probably about time I mentioned that my novelette ‘The Art of Time Travel’, which is included in the anthology One Million Times, has been shortlisted in the shorter fiction category of the BSFA awards. I am absolutely thrilled to have my work recognised in this way and to find myself in the company of all the fantastic writers on the shortlist: Cécile Cristofari (Cities are Forests Waiting to Happen – NewCon Press), Tade Thompson (‘The Apologists’ – Clarkesworld), Wole Talabi (‘Descent’ – Clarkesworld) and Amal El-Mohtar (The River Has Roots – Arcadia). Many thanks again to everyone who took the time to vote, and congratulations to all the writers and artists on the shortlist!

And for a limited time, my novelette is available to read for free via the publisher’s website, for those of you interested in stories about time travel, art and love. I hope you enjoy it.

Illustrations at the start and end of ‘The Art of Time Travel’ are by the very talented Emma Howitt.
